What resolution? According to nvidia even dual 980ti's in SLI (which shouldn't be much different to SLI titan x) will only manage 45 at 4k...

As @TAHIRMIA mentioned, post a screenshot of your in-game settings.

Make sure you are running your game in FULL SCREEN mode. NOT Windowed Mode. NOT Borderless.

Also, double check to see if Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) is disabled / off.

Okay, I run on the same resolution and with a single 390 I can manage to get 50-70fps depending on the map (Looking at you Chalet, terrible optimization...)

Note, I'm an ESL competitor, so my settings are designed to give the highest possible visual clarity, with the best possible performance. and keeping the game looking at least decent.

There's a handful of settings that make the game both look like complete shit, and kill fps. My settings are down below in the spoiler, I spent the better part of two months configuring them to get the best possible performance at the best possible visual clarity.

Edit: 1.7kd | lvl135 | 805 wins & 372 losses | 4.1k kills & 2.3k Deaths

Quality: Custom

Texture Quality: High - Very High, and Ultra both add very little visual clarity at anything but 4k, but bring performance down significantly.

Texture Filtering: Linear - Adds very little clarity at this resoltuion, could be easily run at 2x without much impact, but i prefer performance.

LOD Filtering: Very High - Doesn't impact performance much, adds significant visual clarity at distance.

Shading Quality: High - Marginal impact to performance, more clarity.

Shadow Quality: Low - Adds unnecessary dark corners to the game, makes it much easier to see in dark areas, and in small corners. Also significant performance impact.

Reflection Quality: Medium - Moderate Performance impact, not much of a visual in the game anyway.

Ambient Occlusion: Off - Adds unnessary shadows once again, makes it easier to see around corners and in small places and cracks. Game won't quite as realistic, but won't look that bad at all. Significant performance impact. If you do want to run AO, then what ever you do DO NOT USE HBAO+ it adds shitty filtering and static to the game, and has a VERY big affect on stuttering and fps drops. Use SSBC if you must.

Lens Effects: Off - Performance impact, and increases visual clarity.

Zoom-in Depth of Field: Off - Almost no impact to performance, but 1000000% increase to visual clarity.

Post-Process AA: off - Once again introduces static'y', movie like filter to the game, making it look like shit. Significant performance impact, and reduces visual clarity making the game look blurred and not clear. Keep this off, no matter what.

Multisample AA: Off - Significant performance impact, adds once again blurriness and static to the game. Keep it off to give yourself an advantage when looking through small cracks and holes.
