I am looking for something like this.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/LOGITECH-GAME-CONSOLE-ADAPTER-FOR-5-1-SPEAKER-SYSTEMS-/261014433500?pt=US_Audio_Cables_Adapters&hash=item3cc5ac2edc

I want to be able to use my audio from a tablet into my speakers so it can play though every speaker, not really needing to utilising 5.1 surround, just using it as well... volume. Been trying to do what says in this video.

This is one of the parts:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00IE7Z628/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AAABMB3XRYU2J

Price is fine, but the other adaptor is about £30.. why?

It sounds to me like what you want is a single 3.5mm to be able to drive all 5 channels instead of just 2 because your 5.1 channel uses 3 3.5mm cables (front L+R, rear L+R, center/sub).

If that is the case, perhaps this product would work for you to drive a stereo source to all 6 channels.  The only downfall is that your center channel will play the sounds from either the left or the right side and the subwoofer will play sounds from the other side the center is not on.  It's not perfect, but it's cheap and located only a couple hours away from you so shipping should be quick. (note - handling times obviously vary - I don't know this seller or particularly recommend them, just pointing out the item and a potential source)

This listing has many color options and if it comes with the short 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male to connect it to the device or not.  This one ships from London.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.

This will be able to power all 5 speakers (inc subwoofer)? Really?

I have no idea what that little box in the first video does.  It could be doing processing to send a combined R+L image to the center and subwoofer and splitting the stereo signal to front and rear.  That would be a preferred way if you wanted proper imaging, but the cheapo 5 way splitter should work fine for allowing you to have sound coming from all the speakers but the center and sub would basically be functioning as a left and right.

If you wanted to go with the little box just in case it's actually better you could possibly get a better deal by searching for the product number 970150-0403

It's in the ebay listing.  I googled it to try to find some sort of specifications on it but it wasn't very clear.
