Difference between them

Go to solution Solved by don_svetlio,

970 - 1080p
980 - 1440p
980 Ti - 1440p
1070 - 1440p
1080 - 1440p/4K

That is generally what they are capable of HOWEVER - Maxwell isn't worth buying anymore with the exception of the 980 Ti
as we have to wait for RX 480 benches.

On the AMD side

390 - 1080p
390X - 1440p
Nano - 1440p
Fury - 1440p
Fury X - 1440p

Hi,

I want to know that which graphics card is good for which resolution. I am just curious as I want to know which graphics cards should I get. I don't want to hear people saying "Oh, get GTX 1080 its the best". I just want to see charts or maybe performance number and people telling me which graphics cards should I get for which resolution. The graphics card that I am curious to know which resolution fits them are GTX 970, 980, 980 TI, 1070 and 1080. Because all of the review of this kinds of graphics card aren't the same as they use different test bench. But it would be better to see the results in the same test bench and instead of using custom cards, I wan't to see them using their reference design ( GTX 1070 and 1080 are using Founders Edtion ). That way the results would be fair and I would know which Graphics Card is good for which resolution.

@don_svetlio I'd put the 980 as a 1080p card, but that's just me.

It's fine for 1440p assuming you don't shit yourself with the AA bar
