which is better a single ssd (if you can i dont know though) in raid 0 or 2 in raid 0 but they both come to the same storage (for me 256gb)- thanks

Well, 2 SSD's in RAID 0 will be faster when it comes to sequential read and writes (around double the performance) but will have pretty much no impact on random performance, this is what actually affects Windows and your ordinary programs, now with that being said Linus did say that his RAID0 array does feel much faster than a single SSD, yes he has 8 SSD's but they're old and fairly slow SSD's so 2 newer SSD's should give you around the same performance, so yes I guess you should see a performance improvement everywhere, but this will improvement will range from almost non existent to double, with non existent being what you usually get. 

Now the downside will be the problems associated with RAID0 and RAID in general, lower reliability with RAID 0 so you would need to backup anything important you might have, and problems with upgrades, changing your motherboard will almost always mean losing everything on the RAID0 array and having to start all over again. Apart from this, some SSD's on some controllers don't support TRIM when running in RAID, so we would need to know exactly which SSD's you're talking about and on which motherboard, however there are ways around this problem with manual garbage collection...

gaming n video editing...not much of that though n its the adata i think sx900 n either the maximus gene or formula not sure yet
