HWMonitor reports 7015Mhz CPU core clock

Now I've heard this CPU was classed as an 'extreme edition' or 'enthusiastic cpu', but I didn't know it's still this strong even 8 years later! (/s)
Please, can someone explain this? I was playing Arma 3 and Dota 2, and I decided to leave HWMonitor open to see the temps in the summer (custom watercooling is still holding up after 8 years, no idea how), utilization, stuff like that, then I noticed this. Is this secretly a NASA edition chip?
(Before someone barks at me for not OCing this guy, I did have a 4ghz OC before I installed Windows 10, and I can't be bothered to fiddle with the multipliers again)

Does this even work?

Do you have any BCLK OC ?

Sometimes messing with BCLK + windows 8/8.1/10 can report invalid things.

No, it's completely untouched as I said, can't be bothered to do the whole multiplier thing again.

Aw alright, well either way something is just wrong with a sensor, reporting the wrong values.
