Hello all.. So, my computer has been acting up lately. At random intervals, it black screens and weird, static-like audio plays through my headphones. When I checked the internals of the PC when it did this, everything, to the naked eye, looked in place and not overheating. And, the GPU fans were spinning(this kinds of alarms me, a GTX 970 doesn't ramp up until a decent temp, and it wasn't under load). So, yeah. I don't know wat's wrong, and the only way to remove the problem temporarily is if I turn off and restart the computer, or reset it. Even after I turn it on again, I have to mess with the ethernet cables on my switch, router and pc so that the PC gets ethernet, and thein it shuts down like 15 mins later. I'v been playing this game for a couple days, please help.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Pretty hard to diagnose but heres my random ponderings.

-download a actual monitoring program and know for sure what temps you running.

-Do a windows rollback to before you started having issues

-Do a fresh install of windows

-replace power supply

-Run a check on the hardrive

Does it only happen when your playing that particular game?

No, it happens all the time at random intervals. BTW, I have speedfan, and I checked with it, GPU was around 60 C. Now, there is a dark rock above it, so I'm kind of worried that it's not getting enough air, but there's a case fan blowing at it and the PCIe SSD. Also, the PSU is 2 months old, my parents will not let me replace it. Also, my C drive is litterally full, like 100 MB left. Don't have anything left to uninstall, and my parents won't get me another SSD.
