What are you doing with your PC? It's hard to judge when you simply throw us two configurations, for all I know there could be a third configuration that would be more appropriate for you.

oh ok, but I still say, it only matters unless you do it as a job or actually put up content often to be worth it

btw 850w still unnecessary for a single GPU, 650w will do you good in that build, 700w for 2 cards
