Need help on router choice

ok heres the scenario

we used to have hotspot provided by a company but they are no longer maintaining it so our landlord swtiched to a local company for a wired connection 

we have 14 rooms (mini apartment) with 1 person in them each

looking for a router that will give the ability to provide a stable connection to these people with good signla strenght and no drop outs

preferably a 5hgz network supporting one (for those with devices capable of 5ghz) and then the others can use the 2.4ghz standard

HI , those products that you choice dont cover what you want. You need first of all to establish a budget so we can help you out. I think at least you need something like this if even more : link

hey the budget is upto 150aud 

as for the products those on the pages shown are just page 1 the same router can be found there although its out of range i was thinking tp link archer c7 1750

I would go for Linksys AC1200 ea6300. It's cheap on ebay...

Sorry to say but most of them won't do much with range 14 apartments is a lot to cover, might need extenders or something like a wireless mesh network where all the access point's talk to each other

I'm not sure what the exchange rate between USD and AUD is, but I certainly wouldn't tackle this project without a budget of at least $400 USD. You definitely need multiple APs, although they don't need tobe mesh, just all connected to the same network.
