Optimal Used Price For i3 4170?

Trying to sell my i3 4170 for the Steam Summer sale but I'm not sure what to price it at and if I should include a cpu cooler.

Probably $60-70 bucks. I'd recommend trying to sell on Reddit.com/R/HardwareSwap, it'll go in just a few minutes.
