I'm looking to buy a UPS for my setup. My home has fairly frequent brownouts throughout the day and I'm looking to get a UPS to help my setup cope with that. I've been through a few PSU calculators and calculated my total wattage needed. At absolute max load and balls to the wall overclocking my PC will draw a little less than 500W. I like my PC to run cool and silent so I usually don't overclock that much for day to day use. So I'm looking at 500W for my PC and 100W total for my monitors at max brightness. Also I have one of those PSUs that needs a special UPS like Corsair's AXi series. That looks like I'm looking for a 1000VA or higher UPS. I don't really care about the battery backup stuff during a power outage. I just want constant voltage and clean wattage being delivered to my PC. I'm just not super well versed in UPS specs and which ones are which. I'm looking to spend about $150 or less.

Something like this from APC would be more than enough for everything including networking equipment, as for the best option in terms of efficiency pure sinewave UPS like theses from Cyberpower would be ideal:
