Also why do you want link aggregation?  What is your usage scenario?

As far as 8 port switches here are the two that come to mind first the TP Link TL-SG108E and the D-Link DGS-1100-08 both are very budget friendly. If you however want a 16 port switch the TP-LINK TL-SG1016DE

I believe the TP-Link TL-SG108E doesn't support Link Aggregation, probably only the 16 port version support Static Link Aggregation.

 

Also the D-Link DGS-1100-08 only support Static LAG.

This one I believe does support LACP, but personally I never tried it since I don't have computer that has double LAN or Switches with LACP.
