greenscreen bug

so this is my problem: when my pc is on and i turn off my screen (wich i am in the habit of doing when i leave my pc) and i turn it on againn my pc green screens. i have to turn off the pc and when it comes to the please close these apps tab i can choose abbort and return. i bet you can see why this is annoying.

 

Graphics Card:
AMD Radeon R7 360 2gb
