free trial, but in the end, its not free.  its $20 USD, so, if it works for you, its pretty worth it in general.  I honestly wouldn't mind having something like this, but i manually do this, but thats cause i have many devices, and speakers to use, xD.

anyways, try the trial of course, before you use.  it should work for your situation.  however, as said before, you'll need to make sure audio devices are seperate, so, one output is your GPU's hdmi, and the other is the 3.5mm jack from the mobo, to your 2nd monitor.  As long as you seperate the audio output, this software should be able to handle the rest.  (see image below, you can see hdmi as one output, and headset in another, same concept)

I've done a bit of research regarding sound cards and routing different sounds to different speakers. As far as I'm aware, it is not possible to do that. Your playback option will either be monitor 1 or monitor 2.  The PC audio only goes to one playback hardware. Someone correct me if I am wrong here.

Did I help you with your problem? If so, give my comment a like and even mark it as the solution!

the simple solution...

PC -> HDMI -> Monitor -> bf4 sound

Phone -> souncloud -> 3.5mm cable -> monitor line in -> epic dub step gaming music.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
other than that, i think... is have hdmi audio go through to one monitor, and connect your mobo 3.5mm jack to your other monitor.  using software to sepeare audio programs to specific outputs, and should work.  i just never tried that yet... put its a 'possibility' search it a bit... i'm at work.. so, xD. (this is my mini break)
2nd monitor would need to use VGA or DVI though for line in audio to work... i think...
