Keyboard and Mouse for Dota 2

I'm using A4Tech KD-800L keyboard and Logitech g300s mouse as of now.

I'm planning to upgrade my keyboard and mouse. Im only playing Dota 2.

 

Should I go for

 

mechanical : Thermaltake Poseidon Z and Logitech g302 Daedalus Prime

or

membrane: Cooler Master Devastator or Cooler Master Devastator II (Mem-Chanical) and I will use the mouse of this bundle and leave the g300s

 

Please do some suggestion for other peripherals.

Mechanical is always better.

I use a Blackwidow Chroma and love it dearly, but from what I've heard, the Corsair K70 RGB Rapidfire is really good- go ahead and get one of those if you can stretch your budget.

The CM Devastator isn't much of an upgrade from the keyboard you have right now. Go for mechanical, you'll notice the difference immediately.

 

I'd recommend you stick with your current mouse, which isn't bad, and save a little more for either a G502, Rival 300 or Deathadder.
