Hi, so I have a xeon e5-1620 cpu which under automatic bios air cooling configurations it reaches 64C+

I want to keep it below 55c or so but without maxing my fan speed from bios because it has medium and high options which are very loud.

So, how should I configure speed fan?

I am stuck with it, and online videos do not give much explanation besides their own computers and how they operate.

The issue is here (see image)

I set it to certain temp limit and it passes above it which may cause throttling.

Just saying 64c+ is fine.

Go under the fan control tab

Then what is this..:
