Need help with adding another Ipod to itunes

Hi,

 

Need some help on syncing my sister's ipod to my itunes. She's fine with erasing all the music on it but doesn't want a full reset because she's got pictures and videos on there. I'm running itunes 12.04. How can I delete the current music on there and add new music without erasing everything else?
