Crazy stuttering when playing Overwatch on my laptop!

I recently bought Overwatch to play on my MSI GE40, which packs a GTX 760M and a quad core Haswell i7. I knew I wouldn't be able to play at max settings and 60fps, but I didn't expect the amount of stuttering I got when playing at the lowest settings, be it with vsync on or off. What I did to aleviate the painfull stuttering was to cap the framerate at 30fps, which makes the game look REALLY choppy, but at least it's better than the horrible stuttering I was getting at 60 fps.

Got any ideas why this could be happening?

The specs are fine from the looks of it. 760M is enough to play - unless VRAM is maxed or it's overheating

It has a GTX 760M with 2 GB of GDDR5, an i7 4702MQ, 8 GB of RAM, and the max temps I've gotten while playing according to MSI afterburner are around 76°C

Well then its Onother Problem. Because It should run fine

What is your VRAM usage at?

I have failed to check this detail last time I played. I'll check when I have my laptop with me.
