HTC m7 stuck in bootloader and has ***Security warning***

so my phone just decided to just randomly turn off and die. when it booted up, it sent me straight to bootloader and has the following flags

***tampered***

***locked***

***Security warning***

nothing works. recovery doesnt work, reset doesnt work. it just shuts down the phone and sends it back to bootloader.

i dont know why the tampered is there. i have not messed with software.

the phone is recognised when i go into device manager on windows, and drivers are installed. The phone shows up as a dvd drive in file explorere, and htc sync doesnt recognise it. it is a unlucked gsm phone from att and tmobile.

ive tried botting without sim, still no dice.

i cant install clockworkmod or twrp because the phone isnt recognised in file explorer. its also no the cables fault. ive tried 2 and one of them is new. same result.

Thanks
