Gaming setup

Do you guys think this would be a good gaming setup ? This is not actually what it will be but it's about what I'm gonna get. Not gonna be using a FE 1070 and probably not gonna get that monitor, I'm moving to Canada and want to have sort of a worst case scenario for prices. I could get a 1080 but I want to be able to upgrade when Volta comes out and I need this to last me 5+ years including having to upgrade for Volta.

Get an SSD, helps a lot, but it's a good build, although not my style of case.

Like I said this isn't the actual build its just a reference build for pricing, ssd would be better but I can't really afford it since I would have to get one on top of the hdd since this is also gonna be a picture storing pc, the ssd would take from the budget for future gpu upgrade. I can't really add much more money to the budget either because I'm only turning 14 this year and I can't really get a job at this age. Also don't ask how I have this kind of money it's a long story.

Also not gonna be using this case, depends on what cases I can get in Canada

So ... basically you are not using that build at all

 

Why not make a build on on there that we can actually look at

Why not make a build on on there that we can actually look at

CPU, gpu, psu, hdd, cpu cooler, ram and mobo are gonna be more or less the same, the only things that will change are things that probably won't make a performance difference such as peripherals and case.
