How do I prepare the cpu, how do I insulate it for below 0 temperatures? And how do I connect the peltier to molex? It comes with bare leads

Use a kneadable eraser to cover the board around the socket

Like this:

Then cover this with cloth or paper towels to wick away any moisture.

Do the same to the back of the board, use a closed cell foam (neophrene is good for this) on the back of the retention plate.

If you are planning/wishing to use this on a day to day basis, there are controllers that will keep the kit just above the dew point.

You should look up Kingpin or the OCN threads for more in depth info on this,i have only dabbled in it so i have only covered the bare basics.
