Very strange problem

Go to solution Solved by alexnt,

Finally I found out what was causing the issue!!!

It was the wifi pci card. I removed that evil thing and I can install windows normally!!!

Remove all power sources and hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds and then try. It could be that the on-board graphics have died and wont display graphic intense things. Try getting in to the bios as well and load factory default settings, may be called something else.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I believe it is the graphics too. I have already restore defaults.

Is this is a "Genuine" copy of Windows?

Cpu atom and ram 1 gb. It has nothing to do as it had win starter by default.

Have already tried with another hdd. Have tried only with usb. Have tried many OS but none can be installed. The same usbs work on another computer.

Windows doesn't run well with 1GB RAM. Make sure you are trying to install a 32 Bit OS since you can't use 64 Bit

Windows 7 starter was preinstalled to the system and it is 32bit. There is no recovery as someone had erased the hdd.
