I'm not really sure but if the problem persists I would recommend a reinstall windows 10. I'm more of a hardware guy but I think this is how you do it.

1.Download microsoft media creation tool and and make an iso file on a usb drive.

2.Format your hardrive or ssd and plug in the usb and install windows.

Anyone correct me if I'm wrong or if I'm right add more details if you can.

No, there is a way to do it on a prebuilt, you might have to call microsoft to get your key reactivated though. There should be a windows activation key sticker on your prebuilt

Download the Windows 10 Media creation tool. Go grab a USB and make the Media Creation tool use the USB for upgrade.

Then save all important data and shut down. Enter the BIOS. Tell the BIOS to start the computer from the USB. Then exit and restart. Then let Windows install itself.

I would call Microsoft about it and ask them about the problem and what to do about it

from experience they would just say the generic usual "Re-install windows" trick.
