corsair radiators question

i want to get a corsair hydro gfx (msi gtx 980 ti sea hawk) but the 2 tubes are heavy and thick so my question is can the tubes get out from the rad with over time?

Unless you forcibly pull them apart no they are pushed onto a barbed end and won't come out by itself.
