Id use the stock cpu cooler.

 

Get the 240gb as 120 is to small for windows these days.

 

Get a smaller psu(500 is enough)

Ditch the B1, its based on a platform that is ~10 years old. You don't need a aftermarket HSF. While the Evo 850 is good, I own one myself, its current price is too high.  Too much for a non Z170 motherboard. What is this for?

i'll be gaming  playing is Minecraft, World of Tanks, and Dreadnought and probably others and I'm going to make video on them. I'm planing on making video ever 2 days. I also do coding. and I'm going to use it for all arend pc stuff

The speed of the ram is not supported by the motherboard so it will lower itself to 2133
