What exactly do you mean? There aren't any piece of software that will magically make your sound better. 

There are system wide equalizers that will let you tune the audio to your preference, but whether or not that will "enhance" the audio depends on your own preference.

I can recommend Equlizer APO with the Peace GUI.

Well I want something like an equalizer but it auto adjusts levels based on my sound device to make it sound better

Well, "better" is in eye of the beholder, so a program doing the adjusting for you wouldn't really be any good. 

Personally, I do also prefere to determin what sounds good for myself and not have a program tell what sounds good. 

 

I would recommend that you give Equalizer APO a shot. In my experience that is the best system wide equalizer, and you can always set up different profiles to correspond with different sound devices.
