Help Upgrading

I built my pc about 3 years ago, and now its been screwing me over, random restarts, can barely be used anymore, 

however I think its time just to change up hardware, basically a cpu fan, a new psu, maybe a new cpu? I dont wanna spend much, but i definitely want to upgrade and fix the problem.

maybe the psu is acting up, see if you can borrow another(better) psu to test and see if it restarts again.

Could be a RAM issue in either the video card or the actually RAM itself
