For all of those aside from The Witcher, your pc would be fine. Witchers kind of a heftier game, so dont expect to be playing on high settings without something like a GTX 970.

 

But those will all run fine with a 950. I would still recommend an SSD though.

Im not extremely familiar with AMD's lineup of CPU's, but from what I can see in benchmarks and such, yours will do fine.

they run at 7200 RPM? are you trying to make your computer fly? That sounds like HDD speed.

I have an Asus Motherboard and control my fan speeds via the bios. Perhaps your board can too? I don't know if that's something Asus specific. There are all sorts of fan control software though. just google for it. Should be pretty easy to find something to your liking. (I don't know any specific names or anything, I've never researched it because I've never had to with my bios fan control)
