FPS Drops Need Help!!!

Hi guys, I keep getting random fps drops on games like Dota 2, League of Legend, Counter Strike GO. In league of legends my average fps is around 120-100 and then it will randomly drop to 10-5 fps for a second and its really annoying same thing happens in title games listed. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me out!

My computer specs:

i7 2600 non k 

Gtx 950 2 GB

8 GB of Ram 

Windows 10

How are the temps and what are the clock speeds doing during gaming?

Afterburner and CoreTemp. Mainly Afterburner. Set it all to display OSD so you can check directly when gaming.

What do you mean by clock speed? Core clock and Memory clock? and how do i figure out the problem?

Yes, and CPU clock aswell.

You tell me what temps they are running and what the clocks speeds are, then i'll try to figure out your problem.

MEM: 3305 MHz

CPU: 52-55 c

All the time or does any of this drop/rise when you have the FPS drops?

I tested it on dota 2 where i can watch someone elses game there was no drops on the MHz but the temp for both rises up and down. I will try to record it while i play and see if it drop or rises and reply back to you. THank you again.

Hey so i played Dota 2 and there was no change on the clocks however i tried playing league that is when i noticed the clock for my GPU went down from 1392 to 1190. I attached a picture. Also fps drop happened during my game. Still getting random fps drops T.T
