Laptop LED Error Reporting?

positivePXL

The laptop that I am currently using was purchased used, and came as is, so I have no manual for the equipment, so I cannot determine, myself, what the issue is. Normally, I have 4, happy little LED indicators. One for power, one for battery, one for HDD usage, and one for WiFi usage. Presently, however, I have 4 very unhappy led indicators. For some reason, my power cord is showing as disconnected at random times, and whenever my laptop thinks the cord is disconnected, the power-on and the battery LED flash, probably telling me that I shouldn't be running without a cord on the "High-performance" profile. Simple enough probably, but also, my battery LED itself has changed from a bright, happy shade of blue, to a rather angry looking orange. What might be the problem with my laptop?
