Network Controler cpu usage

Will I ever notice an increase of CPU usage of the Killer e2400 over the Intel i219V?

Does the network adapter even uses a lot of cpu? Can it affect performance while gaming(fps whise)?

No it won't use much cpu at all(esp gaming). The intel nics are normally better than killer though, but it will make no difference.

So its not worth to return my new motherboard and pay more 16€ to get another board with intel lan?

Not worth it. All gbe is about the same these days.
