2x 3.5mm jack into one on Razer headset

Got Razer headset and a new laptop that has only one audio input (see pictures). Is it possible to have some kind of adapter that will allow me to use both headphones and a microphone without any loss in quality? I know that there are standards like CTIA and OMTP, but I don't know what is my laptop input and the headset itself, and I also don't know what kind of adapter I need. 

 

Any help really appreciated :)

Yes search up dual 3.5 to 4 pole
