Here my system specs:
mobo: GA-H77M-D3H
cpu: i5 3470
psu: Corsair VS550
ram: 2x4gb ripjaws x
gpu: palit 650ti Oc ed
hdd: 1tb wd

avr: maldol svc2000va

os: Windows 7 Professional

My system is 2.5 years old now and here are the problems I encounter in different time frames.

Problem 1: When I power on the system. It keeps on beeping. After cleaning the rams contacts and re-seating them, it will be ok. This still happens but not very frequent.

Problem 2: I have 2 hdds both working fine alongside. Suddenly my system won't boot up. After removing my secondary hdd, the system boots up. Both hdds are still working 100%. Sometimes I try to plug in the 2nd hdd and sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Problem 3: There was also a time when my system won't boot up. After some troubleshooting, I made it work by unplugging the mouse before turning it on.

Problem 4: My GPU died (2years old) wasn't able to get it fixed because it got broken after the 2yr warranty.

Problem 5: My monitor suddenly went bad. It's usable but the colors are washed out (attached scr.jpg). I'm not using my GPU now since it died. It is now connected to the motherboard.

Notes: I don't get BSOD, random shutdowns and neither does it hangs.

I'm suspecting it's either the PSU or the motherboard.

Also, I tried to run OCCT to check the voltage of the PSU (attached occt.png).

the pc probably wouldn't work with that voltage. but get a better psu, the vs550 is a bad psu, go for at least an evga 500b or cx550m.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

something is definitely wrong, I would check you wall outlet also, the monitor going bad shouldn't be related to you PSU, unless the PSU is also killing your motherboard (that would explain weird video output), and that is a scary possibility!

So check the wall outlet, check the PSU voltages with the PSU removed from the PC ...

Thanks! I'm still contemplating on buying a new PSU. Still want to hear other thoughts.

It really got me confused on how my monitor got bad when it has no direct relation to the PSU. Just as you thought maybe my board got busted also. But when I tried to plug in another monitor, (used same cables). There was no problem with the other monitor.

Also I have an AVR servo motor type. I believe it regulates the power that the PSU receives.

The only solution I can think of is to replace the PSU.
