driver crash?

for some reason when i start my pc dvi isnt working but when i plug in a hdmi i can use my pc again dvi cable is not dead and for some reason when i reinstall drivers it fix the problem and i have my dvi back but now nothing. some help and sorry for my bad english i am from greece.

gpu ati 6950

cpu phenom 1090t

mb gigabyte ga 990 xa ud3

catalyst 13.1
