Should I upgrade to a GTX 1070 Strix, GTX 1070 or GTX 970?

My specs are:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170-D3H

CPU: Intel i5-6600K (3.5GHz)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X

RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2400Mhz

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB

PSU: Cooler Master G750M

Monitor: 1080p 60Hz

Games: LoL GTA V

(Yes, I know the PSU is a little overboard, but it was my first PC so I didn't know much abt PSUs and power consumption)

P.S. Do you think the CPU also needs to be upgraded?

CPU is fine.

The GTX 1070 STRIX is the best out of the three, which shouldn't be a surprise.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Over at the other forums I posted this on, they recommended the RX 480 to me. Is this the best option?

Depends on your budget. Furyish level performance for $200 is a deal, but the 1070, being about 2x more costly, will perform better.
