I don't have enough money to buy a founders edition of a graphics card so I wanted to get an EVGA 1070.

However, I go through the internet and can't seem to find one for sale apart from EVGA's official website.

I was hoping to buy one from Newegg for around £280 or $380 but can only find the founders editions on Newegg for £315.

Is it just that the custom versions haven't come out yet, and if so, when will they come out and will they be around £280?

It's not a ripoff. Newegg is a US-based website and the price of £315 is just USD directly made into GBP. Once you add shipping and VAT, you'll end up with around £400.

In short, you're not going to find a GTX 1070 for £280 in the UK.
