The final iteration, need some help

So with this build I went fro an i3, to and A6 APU, and now to a Pentium. It's been a great learning experience for me. Now it is time for the final suggestions you guys can give me. 

I will look for a motherboard and power supply once I go to a store, I am considering the H87 or Z87 chipset. I still need to get windows 10 and need some help finding a cheap key that is good/legal and will work.
