What cable to use?

So my old headset cable broke today and need a new one, got the HyperX Cloud 2's and was wondering what cable to use, the one i got now is a 4 pole 3.5mm but can't find anything decent from any swedish store

 

So can i use a 3 pole one with both mic and sound working?

 

Or do i need a 4 pole one?

I just used a channel splitter to avoid that piece of garbage USB amp thing they stick on it.

Just keeping this here as a
