Planning to buy the i7 6700k and cool it with either the EK Predator 240 AIO Expandable, EK Predator 360 AIO Expandable or the Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2 Extreme.

The shop I was looking at is setting it for $509 (also where I will be getting all my other parts).

This processor came out in Q3'15 and I was wondering will it ever get close to what ark.intel.com recommends it for? ($339 - $350)

It's $314 at Newegg for me, I'd bet the intel site assumes USD

That's 350 USD, not AUD. Please understand, not every dollar was created equal.
