1440p60 or p30 over about 45 feet

Hello everyone

 

I'm trying to achieve a completely silent office and as such I want to move the PC out of the room. I already have sound and peripherals solved over a 45 feet usb cable with a hub at the end.

 

Now for the monitor: Is there an affordable way of doing this? I already tried a heavily shielded HDMI cable but at that distance it wouldn't do more than FullHD.

 

I have seen active cables, HDMI repeaters or even HDMI over CAT6/7 extenders but I can't find information on how well they'll perform beyond HullHD.

 

Does anyone have any insight here? I would like to stay below or around 150$ for this thing (that's why the fiber thunderbolt isn't an option).

Yes, it is for my GeForce and my ASUS monitor, unfortunately I have found little beyond 15 feet when it comes in DP connectivity. Do you know something I don't?
