mic stoped working

i was in a Skype call with a friend and my mic just stops working all of a sudden i have a 

Razer Kraken Pro 2015 Analog and have been looking for a fix.small note i tried playing very loud music and he said he could hear it clearly but he cant hear me when i try to talk
