Honestly i think it's a nice system, though i would never buy a 980Ti when GTX 1080 is out.

If you are going for world record benchmarking getting a 140mm rad is laughable,  you need liquid nitrogen, or liquid helium to get anywhere close to the records, and you will also need to buy several i7 6700k chips and test each one to get the best results since all chips are unique and oc differently, but even so it wouldn't destroy records as a 6950x, or 5960x would be better along with quad liquid cooled titan x.

 

so I doubt you are going to be breaking any records, but for gaming it would be a good setup.
