My internet speed is dead

Since 1 month ago the internet speed on my pc is like 2% of the native speed , i've windows 10 and i 've disabled the automatic updates, tried today a fresh install, the thing is the internet was fine on my windows 7 version but when i upgraded again to windows 10 , the network gone bad again. My mobo and the drives are upto date and they're windows 10 compatible but i don't what to do now, started the summer vacation on a dead network ??PS: my own pc have this problem , my brother's pc is alright.

Well if your installing windows method is as good as your English, you're probably having driver issues.

 

I'd recommend that you install Windows correctly.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Are you using WiFi or Ethernet?
