Legit RAM ?

I was just asking if the Ram linked below is legit or not. Reason is shipping is very expensive to where i live form any other website.

That's not even cheap, i can buy one new from store for about $31 dollars here , not including around 3% discount for frequent customer at that online store: http://www.pcgarage.ro/memorii/a-data/performance-8gb-ddr3-1600mhz-cl11/

 

You should be able to find better deals on eBay.
