Go with 700w-850w psu.

System won't pull more than 350W under full load and heavily overclocked. 850W is absurd.

I recommend this PSU - http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/486673/corsair-cx550m.html

IMO, it's better than the S12II and M12II which are both old group regulated designs.

Yep.

It's DC-DC regulated (hence, the polymer capacitors), 40C rated and has a five-year warranty.

finally we can recommend them :)

they are so cheap but they have a reputation of being garbage, luckly those days are over for these kinds of mid range systems :)

See above. The Seasonic is an old group regulated design whereas this is not. Not to say the Seasonic is bad by any means but I personally prefer the CX.

Comes with all-black cables too if that's your thing.

Get a non-K i5, save money on the board and then you should be able to afford a 120GB SSD with your hard drive. Nobody who can afford a 1070 should have to suffer using a hard drive as their OS drive.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Then buy the SSD first and HDD later. No reinstalls or cloning messes to deal with that way.
