f90m a little help here

I have an ancient 9 years old pc with P4 1gb ddr2 ram and an Acer F90M motherboard, the trouble is that i dont know what kind of cpu's it can support and i wanted to upgrade my pc was hoping if i can just slam in a dual core an entry level graphics card and some more ram in this machine maybe it would work a little better. So if anyone could tell me something about this motherboard i'd b really grateful. I have looked around on many sites but couldnt find any details that'd help me. This is my last resort, there are system specs in the pics down below, your help would be much appreciated thank you.

You can get a 3.6GHz pentium 4, nothing better than that.

Anyway, it isn't worth upgrading, just get a new computer if it isn't good enough.
