Lately my PC has randomly been BSODing and Chrome has been giving me problems. I have 100% no clue why because ti worked 2 days ago just fine and nothing is even overclocked. The only error code I egt when i get a BSOD is like 0x000000000A or something. Also this is 100% not related to linustechtips.com but I get this in chrome allot... it happens on almost every website randomly after a while.

PS: Also my PC randomly locks up then goes back to normal then 2 seconds later locks up for good and it happens exactly the same way every time.

reinstall chrome

or wipe HDDs and reinstall altogether

or set EVERYTHING (BIOS) to default. esp if you tried OC via software instead of BIOS

Use firefox and completely uninstall chrome. If the problem doesnt appear then it might be an app or extension from chrome

If its more frequent when chrome is actively running im thinking its a rogue app.

Its unlikely but a possibility.

Also check your processes tab. Maintain a strict eye to see your CPU usage.

Are you sure it is something to do with chrome?

Defrag your HDD, use memtest 86, all of the usual stuff, prime95 for the CPU.

Who knows it might be something that just popped up now but has been bugging your hardware for a while.

The first step to insanity is believing in your sanity.
