I'm looking to get a Corsair H110i GTX because its one sale. The one thing is, I have Red LED Air flow fans all around my case. I need to get Corsair SP140's which costs almost $30 for fans... I'm wondering if its a drastic change in temperature if I use the AF140's that I already have. I'm running a Core i5-4690k, which I will be overclocking later.

You should be fine. If you really want a fan upgrade though, I would strongly recommend noctua nf-f12.

Not LED fans, if you read the first post, you would see why I wanted RGB fans

oh psssh not worth the performance hit imo

I wouldn't recommend LED fans, if you want lighting go for LED strips they will give a more even light than ones from fans. You may want to wait and take a look at Corsair's upcoming PRO series and LED fans which should be an improvement from the current ones.

I'd agree with this. Just wait for the new SP fans that are coming out next month, they are static pressure fans with an improved LED design.
