system and compressed memory takes about 80% of my cpu and ram usage all the time it makes my laptop always 50 °C+ witch makes my laptop very uncomfortable to use

It's a system service, run Malwarebytes to make sure your system isn't infected.

It is a process that compresses/uncompresses dynamically part of your RAM, when you are low in available free space. The idea is that, when low in memory, it compresses programs unused, and decrompress them when you use them.

If you have plenty of RAM free, then the problem might be because it is being triggered by a faulty driver. Make sure that all your drivers are fully updated. Motherboard chipset, SATA controller (if apart from the motherboard drivers), sound, printer (assuming you have one plugged in), webcam, graphics card, card reader, etc.

When you are low in RAM, instead of extended your RAM to your SSD/HDD, it compresses/uncompress your memory dynamically as needed, making it a faster alternative than using pagefile.

So before:

Low in free RAM ? --> Windows would move processes in and out of your HDD/SSD page file.

Now:

Low in free RAM ? --> Windows will try and compressed programs unused, and decompress them when you return to them, or needs something. If that doesn't help as you continue to have more programs or programs consumes more and more memory (say you load or work on a large project loaded in RAM) --> Now it will use the page file on your SSD/HDD as above.

So this system is a mid-point solution that provides something faster than using the pagefile.

The feature was mostly designed with low-end tablet and laptop or old systems, where due to their age, or budget, have limited RAM, and very slow storage.
