Need help finding some stuff.

I need help finding a few things, I need a really good (good as in clear sounding) mic that I can use as a commentary mic and a party chat mic on my PS4, a clip on shirt mic would work as well I don't really care but I don't want to spend a shit ton of money. I also need a decent pair of headphones or *A* headphone that I can use to hear party chat while gaming, I care not about quality of the sound as long as its clear, but it doesn't need to be some sort of bass boosted super human hearing headset, just something decent that I can hear audio with (I heard logitech has decent stuff??) And lastly I need help finding a decent mouse, right now I'm just using a standard consumer mouse and its been like turning off and back on a ton so I think its finally dying, I would prefer wireless but it can be chorded I don't care, as long as it feels comfortable, responds good, and has no problems working on any mouse pad. My entire budget for all of this is around 100-150$ depending on what I sell my Astros for. And in case anybody is wondering why sell my astros well I don't really use the sound whoring capabilities as well as I should so essentially its money wasted, I usually find myself just talking to my party chat with it, and that leads us to part B why do I need a new mic, the astro A40s mic SUCKS.

I see that it has a mic, so this is just like any old headset? Its a bit pricey, do you have any recommendations?
