My suggestion:

Since you're buying your pc at the end of the month, buy the rx 480 instead. It's probably gonna have around 390x performance and will only cost 200 dollars. You should go for that instead of the 380.

Buy used from reputable dealers on ebay and you can make a much much better pc. And every purchase is insured by your credit card company or paypal.

June 29th is AMDs that gets released. The board partner ones should come out around a week or two after that.

No to the supernova NEX; its not terrible but its subpar. No need for a z170 board and 212 evo when you're not overclocking, just get a cheap h110 board and stock cooler, use the money on something else.
